COVID-19 Customer Conditions

Although most restrictions have now been lifted, we have left a few in place to help mitigate the spread of the virus, in the hope that if we all continue to modify our behaviour slightly, we'll get a handle on the increasing infection rate sooner rather than later.  You can read our updated COVID-19 Risk Assessment here.

Please take note of the below before you book or visit us.

Capacity & Booking

​

We are accepting walk-in customers, although we encourage you to book in advance, either online or by phone.

 

We have staggered our booking times to reduce the likelihood of you arriving at the same time as another party – please try to arrive at your booking time.

​

Currently, there is no limit on how many people can sit together.

​

​

Arriving & Leaving

 

Please do not visit the restaurant if you, or anyone in your party, feel unwell or have been asked to self-isolate due to suffering from COVID-19 or being in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

​

We encourage you to scan the NHS Test & Trace smart code when you arrive via the NHS COVID-19 app on your phone.

​

We have positioned a hand sanitiser station at the entrance/exit – please use this when arriving and leaving.

​

 

Whilst You’re With Us

 

We accept cash but would prefer that you to use your card to pay.

 

We encourage you to wear a face mask whilst you are not seated at your table. 

​

We encourage you to make use of the hand sanitiser available throughout the restaurant.

​

Please follow government guidelines with regards to coughing and sneezing into a handkerchief or napkin (our waiter/esses will be happy to provide you with a replacement) or the crook of your elbow.

Finally, we really appreciate your understanding whilst we all get our heads around this new way of working. We will, as always, strive to provide you with the excellent service that we pride ourselves on delivering.
