A hearty celebration of Lamb and it’s natural affinity with Red Wine. We’ll serve you Shredded Lamb Shepherd’s Pie in Red Wine Gravy with Minted Pea Puree, followed by Lamb Shank with Rosé Wine, Oranges & Redcurrants. To finish, Lemon Frangipane Tart with Ginger Ice Cream. We’ll pour four Red Wines to go with your Lamb and a delicious Pudding Wine for dessert.
