Online Winemaker's Tasting - Dandelion Vineyards

Elena Brooks is one of Australian wine's brightest young stars. She makes wines across Barossa and Eden Valleys, Fleurieu, the Adelaide Hills, and McLaren Vale with Dandelion Vineyards - recently rated as a '5 Star' winery in James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion. Elena hails from humble beginnings in Bulgaria where she was interpreting barrel tastings at 12 and making her first batches of Chardonnay at 16. Having left Bulgaria at 18 to study in Australia, she completed her degree in Oenology and set up her first winery at the tender age of just 23.
